Supporting big ideas for Vacaville students & teachers since 2003.
The Vacaville Public Education Foundation (VPEF) is a non-profit volunteer organization that bridges gaps for students in the Vacaville Unified School District. We fund enrichment opportunities that enhance and expand learning experiences for students. Since 2003, VPEF has raised and donated over $4,100,000 to our local schools.

Student Pavilion Design Contest
Congratulations to our Pavilion Deign Winners! We had two grand winners each rceiving $1,000 and five honorable mentions all receiving $100.

Grant Cycle Is Now Open!
The Fall 2024-25 Grant Cycle is now open for all teachers and schools in the Vacaville Unified School District and Kairos Public Schools. Applications are due December 31, 2024. Applications can be submitted here: https://forms.gle/CqxoUTBHQEu63gtd6

GROW the Endowment
Simply put, an endowment is meant to be a lasting resource to support local education. Part of VPEF’s goal is to continue to grow the principal of our endowment, so we can do what we truly love which is to support big ideas in education through grants.

SUPPORT Big Ideas Through Grants
This year (2021/2022), we intend to give $50,000 or 4% of the endowment away for individuals, schools, teachers or groups that desire to bridge a “gap” (a need) in the Vacaville Unified School District.
PREPARE for Rainy Days
VPEF was founded on saving programs in financial crisis. We see ourselves as not only a resource but a lifeline for crucial education programs if and when their viability is in jeopardy.
